Sarah - Biography

Sarah Burgess loves interacting with music lovers of all ages. She delights in the company of children and enjoys leading them through songs and movements. Sarah teaches Musikgarten classes and piano, voice, and songwriting lessons. She also writes her own music and performs in Seattle. Sarah is currently working on new material for her senior recital at Cornish College of the Arts. Sarah was the Music Department Coordinator at Cornish for the past eight years, and now keeps busy caring for her baby girl, teaching from home and in Issaquah at Puget Sounds Piano Studio. Sarah is originally from Iowa where she earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Iowa before moving to Seattle.
